Lighthouse in the Evening

At sunset, the beacon in the lighthouse goes on, to assist those out on the ocean, to navigate an inlet.
My job has made it impossible for me to comment on your shots during the day.....so even though I can respond to all your comments, I can't leave my own comments, until I get home!!! The nerve of them, ey????

this is eerie and ethereal - i see that you've used orton on some shots - is this one straight out of the camera? the palm trees moving soften it beautifully

@bridget: No orton on this one..... This is a true HDR... three shots, taken with different exposures, all blended into one......
